Outside the patio at The Bank in Temecula’s Old Town. This was really once a bank and it was robbed one day but the townspeople chased down the robber and caught up with him at the edge of town. That was his last withdrawal.
Our friends from Berlin, Germany visit Orange County every year. This year we took them to Old Town Temecula for a “taste of the old west” plus some 100 degree temps.
Back in October, the high desert and even Orange County were still hitting temps in the 100s. Mad Madeline’s, a favorite burger stand in Old Town Temecula was running its misters to give relief from the heat while customers dined on perfect hamburgers and cool shakes. This is a favorite hangout for bikers and a good opportunity to try my hand at interpreting the golden ratio.
