Of course, what would any home be without a private beach view and entrance? Does your home have its own beach view? Oh. Right. Which building in your spread will you hang out in today, the 4,500 recreation center or the main 8,000 square foot house? Can’t decide? How about the mini clubhouse? Don’t have one? Well! You’re just not keeping up! You’d better get out some more of that $40 million and spruce the place up! Hobe Sound won’t be the same without your participation.

Now I went and forgot my call to action on one of the videos. That means change it and hope YouTube and Google both index the changes, or just post another one. I think I’ll do the latter.

I posted a new video for Orange County real estate photographers that took two days to index on YouTube but it’s finally there. You can see it at Orange County Real Estate Photographers. Half of the pictures are actually taken in the Fullerton Homes area at Brea Dam and are beautiful captures of one of those rare crystal clear days with snow covered San Gabriel Mountains and the green hills and valleys of Orange County.
You’ve probably noticed that sometimes you’ll see “Video Results for…” on a Google search. Wouldn’t it be nice to have your business right there at the top of page one with a video that sells your product? Yes it would.
Google is inexorably tied to YouTube but don’t expect the same level of consistency from the latter. YouTube may or may not index your video. You may or may not get a thumbnail image on an optimized YouTube landing page. PGA National Homes for Sale | PGA National Real Estate for Sale Your efforts in leveraging YouTube for your business whether real estate, homes or widgets is going to take a bit of trial and error when optimizing for video. Always check up on your video’s indexing status before optimizing the page.
The Palm Beach Gardens real estate and Palm Beach County real estate video SEO campaign is underway. One video indexed right away and the other simply seems not to exist. I’m going to post it a second time and see what happens.
