Wichita Homes for Sale made a little better with a new order by Sedgwick County
Kenworth rolled out a new model of truck for snow removal, the T470. While it sounds like something from a sci-fi movie, the model is a new vehicle, perfect for the roads of Sedwick county. Sedgwick ordered eight. The new T470s, purchased via Wichita Kenworth were outfitted with 345-hp Cummins ISL engines with automatic Allison transmissions with locking front and rear differentials for added traction in snow and sand.
Rex Victory, equipment manager says, “it’s in the sweet spot for us and we were thrilled that Kenworth introduced the new model and that it won the bid for our business.”
The order is just in time for the snow season.
